At Spree Holidays, we are committed to providing the best possible travel experience. As a service-based travel agency, our cancellations and refunds are governed by the policies of hotels, transport providers, airlines, and other service partners involved in your tour.
Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 7 days of booking.
However, cancellations may not be possible if reservations have already been confirmed with hotels, transport providers, or other partners, or if cancellation deadlines set by suppliers have passed.
Any cancellation charges imposed by hotels, airlines, transport unions, or other partners will be deducted from the refundable amount.
If you feel that the service provided does not match what was promised or discussed:
You must inform our customer support team within 7 days of the service start date or confirmation.
Our team will review the concern, coordinate with the relevant partners, and take an appropriate decision.
Many services (hotels, flights, cabs, union vehicles, activities) are governed by third-party supplier terms.
In such cases, the supplier’s cancellation and refund rules will apply.
Refunds will be processed only after approval by Spree Holidays and after receiving refunds from suppliers (where applicable).
Once approved, refunds take 6–8 business days to reflect in the customer’s original payment method.
Refund processing time may vary depending on bank/payment gateway.
